Franklin University Makes Decision to Stay Online for Fall Term

Among continued uncertainty over the spread and predicted future of the COVID-19 pandemic, Franklin University will continue to deliver all courses in an online format through the fall 2020 academic term. This decision is being made now to accommodate students scheduling for the fall term and to provide students with the flexibility to better plan and manage the changing demands on their time.

Over the upcoming weeks, University officials will continue to closely follow the COVID-19 pandemic and health organization recommendations to supplement the comprehensive plan that has been developed to protect the well-being of the University community.  

As health officials predict the strong likelihood of intermittent periods of quarantine, experts anticipate that measures will need to be in implemented throughout the year to continue to mitigate the spread of the virus. By extending online delivery of curriculum, Franklin University avoids interruptions to on-campus classes for our students.

As an early adopter of online education, Franklin University is well positioned to continue to provide a vast network of online support and resources to help ensure students have access to the tools they need to successfully continue their studies.
