Franklin University Announces Three New Master’s Program Offerings

Franklin University, a leading educator of working adults, is pleased to announce the addition of its new M.S. in Business Analytics, M.S. in Data Analytics, and MBA with Insurance Specialization programs to its master's offerings beginning in Fall 2019.

The addition of the M.S. in Business Analytics and M.S. in Data Analytics helps meet the need for the growing number of analytics professionals, which is projected to grow nearly 30%, which is much faster than the national average. The addition of the MBA with Insurance Specialization positions graduates to take advantage of the 100,000 upper management and technical positions projected to become available in the insurance industry as baby boomers retire and the industry continues its stable growth pattern.

M.S. in Business Analytics

Organizations rely on insights that are backed by data to operate efficiently and effectively. Business analytics professionals analyze small and big data in order to generate the insights needed to help stakeholders make better decisions and enable organizations function more strategically. Franklin’s M.S. in Business Analytics equips students with the tools, techniques and strategies that will equip them to drive the transformation of mind-boggling amounts of data information into a meaningful basis for decision making and strategic direction. The M.S. in Data Analytics equips students with the statistical skills necessary to conduct descriptive and predictive analytics; the programming skills to create and apply computer algorithms; the tools and platforms to visualize and mine big data, and the communication skills necessary to effectively convey findings and provide strategies and best practices within an organization.
 

MBA with Insurance Specialization

The impending retirement of top-level, baby boomer, insurance industry executives makes now the perfect time for motivated professionals to actively pursue advancement opportunities. Franklin’s MBA with Insurance Specialization provides a fast, affordable path to promotion, and adds a credential distinction for those who have or who are pursuing a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
